By donating to Awadh Sanskrit Shodh Ewam Sewa Sansthan (hereinafter referred to as “the Trust”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voluntary Donation

All donations made are voluntary and non-refundable.

Donations are used solely for the charitable objectives of the Trust.

2. Eligibility

Donors must be 18 years or older and legally competent to donate.

Foreign donors must comply with FCRA regulations (only accepted if the Trust is FCRA registered).

3. Tax Exemption

Donations may qualify for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, subject to the availability of the certificate.

Donors are responsible for providing accurate PAN and address details to receive the 80G receipt.

4. Payment Methods

Donations can be made via debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, cheque, or bank transfer through our secure payment gateway.

5. Privacy of Donor Information

Personal information of donors is kept confidential and will not be sold or disclosed for commercial purposes.

Donor details may be used for internal records, audits, or legal compliance.

6. Donation Receipts

An official receipt will be issued via email or post within 7–10 working days of receiving the donation.

For bulk or recurring donations, separate receipts can be requested.

7. Refund Policy

Donations once made cannot be refunded or cancelled, except in case of an error, fraud, or duplicate transaction. Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

8. Use of Funds

All donations are used for educational, cultural, environmental, and welfare programs as per the Trust’s objectives.

The Trust reserves the right to allocate funds wherever needed most unless specified by the donor.

9. Compliance & Amendments

The Trust complies with Indian laws including the Income Tax Act and FCRA (if applicable).
