Awadh Sanskrit Shodh Ewam Sewa Sansthan is a non-profit trust dedicated to the promotion of Sanskrit, Vedic knowledge, cultural heritage, and social service through education, research, and community initiatives.

2. What are the main objectives of this Sansthan?

Our core objectives include:

Reviving and promoting the Sanskrit language

Establishing Gurukulam-based education

Conducting Vedic and scriptural research

3. What is the Maharshi Bharadwaj Awadh Gurukulam?

It is our proposed traditional Gurukul initiative aimed at providing holistic education combining Sanskrit, Vedic knowledge, character-building, and modern learning.

6. Is the Sansthan registered and legally recognized?

Yes, Awadh Sanskrit Shodh Ewam Sewa Sansthan is a registered trust and operates under the applicable laws governing charitable and educational trusts in India.

7. Is donation to the trust eligible for tax exemption under 80G?

Yes, donations made to our trust are eligible for income tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

8. Does the trust have 12A registration?

Yes, we have obtained 12A certification, which allows us to operate as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Indian law.

9. Can foreign donors contribute to the trust? Is FCRA approval available?

At present, FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) registration is not yet obtained. We currently accept donations only from Indian citizens and entities. FCRA registration will be updated once approved.
